ABOUT TAHLIA O'NEILL

I am a student filmmaker who has previous postproduction experience and is currently specializing in directing, cinematography, and producing. On-set film roles are what I hope to pursue in my career. I have many other creative interests such as theater, fine art, and photography as well. They each allow me to tell stories that interest me in a different way.

 

In terms of inspiration, human connection is what drives my work. I love getting to explore complex emotions, dynamic relationships, and showcase the unique story of each subject of/character in my films. I create my films to remind people that they are not alone in the world and deserve to have their own stories told.

 

I have centered both my artistic and academic life around these principles and goals. From the in-class design of my brand logo to the personally curated works on my website, I want to display my whole-hearted commitment to the humanistic aspects of art. It is a wonderful process that can provide both intriguing mystery and calm familiarity.
